White7.it ships all over the world, only with reliable services offered by some express couriers. Currently the couriers used are GLS and DHL.

SHIPPING TO ITALY

If shipments are within Italian borders, they will be made via GLS courier and unless otherwise provided, they will be free for each order over 100 euros; otherwise, for orders whose amount is less than 100 euros, shipping costs amount to 9 euros with GLS, 12 euros with DHL.

All shipments in Italy and around the world are traceable.

The customer, at the same time as the order is processed and shortly before shipping, will be provided with the name of the courier used and the tracking number so as to allow easy control of the progress of their shipment.

All orders placed by 9:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday, they are delivered to the courier within the following 48 hours. However, on days of high traffic of orders received and for items on sale in the outlet section, this timing may be delayed. Shipping times may vary from 1 to 3 working days.

If the order is placed on a public holiday or day before a holiday, the package will be delivered to the courier on the first working day.

DELIVERY BY APPOINTMENT

White7.it also offers its customers the possibility of establishing what time they wish to receive the goods with a supplement of only 5 euros. In any case we offer the GLS Flex Delivery service through which it is possible to change the date and delivery methods independently via the link received via email sent by the courier.

Delivery is expected within 2 or 3 working days of shipment.

After your communication by e-mail, we will then transfer the information received directly in the consignment note together with the customer's telephone number to the courier.

SHIPMENT STOCK

Given that it is easy for the end customer to follow the path of the goods shipped and the status of their order through the GLS website (by entering the tracking number), in the event of non-delivery GLS automatically sends the sender White7.it the dossier for opening the storage procedure showing the reason for the non-delivery and the request for instructions for release.

In the absence of instructions from the end customer, after 3 working days, White7.it reserves the right to request the return of the goods. However, a maximum storage period of 15 days is expected at the nearest GLS branch and the storage costs will be borne by the end customer.

SHIPPING ABROAD

Shipments abroad are made via DHL and GLS couriers. Extra EU only DHL.

EU COUNTRIES: shipping costs are free for orders whose value in a single transaction exceeds Euro 250.

The expected delivery times are within 4/6 working days from the time of shipment.

NON-EU COUNTRIES: shipping costs are free for orders whose value, in a single transaction, exceeds Euro 750. Delivery times are 8/10 working days.

Shipments can be DELIVERY DUTY PAID (DDP) or DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID (DDU) depending on the customer's nationality.

DDP shipments or delivery duty paid (customs taxes paid) are foreseen for EU countries and the VAT/TVA is already calculated and is therefore included in the purchase price.

EU COUNTRIES: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, (ITALY), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Kingdom United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

DDU shipments or delivery duty unpaid (customs taxes not paid): provided for all non-EU countries.

Non-EU countries are not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price, while any local, import and/or customs clearance tax remains the responsibility of the customer.

As soon as the payment is authorized (in case of payment by credit card or PayPal) or as soon as the amount of the transfer is physically credited to our current account at our bank (in case of payment by bank transfer) and the items will be available, orders will be processed as quickly as possible.
