White7.it wants to guarantee your complete satisfaction; if for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items, without ever having used them, within 14 days from the delivery date and, at your choice, opt for a size exchange, purchase voucher or receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products.

The terms and instructions on the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree n21/2014, art 49, paragraph 4 are published in the paragraph "TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE".

Below you will find a brief operational explanation, which does not replace the full acceptance of what is stated in the "TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE" paragraph.

All products available on this site are equipped with an identification tag secured with a disposable security seal.

We invite you to try the product without breaking the seal, because returned items that are not in the same condition in which you received them will not be accepted.

We urge you to take particular care when trying on the purchased item, because items with a broken disposable safety seal or with missing or damaged original hanging labels will be considered irremediably unsellable and, therefore, with a value equal to zero Euros.

HOW TO GENERATE A RETURN AND RECEIVE A REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Follow the instructions to return the package and get a replacement, voucher or refund as soon as possible.

Attention: before sending, check that you have respected the following conditions:

  • The disposable safety seal and/or hanging tag is perfectly intact and therefore has not been removed from the garment;
  • All fabric or pendant labels are perfectly intact and, therefore, have not been removed from the garment;
  • Each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped and must be packaged in an orderly manner;
  • Each returned item has not been worn and/or washed and/or ironed or treated in any way.


    ATTENTION:

    White7.it does not offer free returns and to do so it is not necessary to start any procedure on our site, it is sufficient to arrange for the goods to be returned to be shipped at your expense by following the instructions below.

    The package containing the return must be shipped within 14 days from the date of receipt. Take care to use the same packaging and insert a reference to the order number and reason for the return inside the package .

    Obviously we leave you free to choose your preferred courier, as the shipping is at your expense, but we suggest an express courier with a tracking number for the shipment which must be sent to the following address:

    IMPORTANT: the package containing the return travels at your expense and at your own risk and, therefore, we cannot be responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging and/or delay in delivery to our warehouses.

    Once we have received the product, our staff will inspect its integrity and start the refund procedure.


    As soon as the package is received, White7.it will verify that the conditions listed above have been respected and, if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will proceed to make your refund which will be made to the payment method used at the time of order, credit card, by bank transfer in case of cash on delivery (for which you will have to provide Iban and other necessary data) or in case of PayPal refund to the account used.

    If even one of these conditions is not respected, White7.it will not be able to accept your return and the package will be rejected or the items will be sent back to you at your expense.

    IMPORTANT: for items purchased on sale it will always be possible to proceed with a return with the aforementioned limits and methods.

    If, however, the aforementioned conditions have not been respected, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to return the item to your address.
